  They don't bother to follow up with people to let them know there is a problem filling a prescription, or that there is an insurance or authorization problem. This results in finding out late and potentially being without maintenance medication for longer than necessary because customer service is severely lacking. If you ask someone a question, there is a 99% chance they will either deflect, say "I don't know", or just give you a blatantly wrong answer.
